We believe that small actions matter. Being inspired by nature, we want to offer the same natural milk but avoid all the issues that come with it. By improving animal welfare, resource usage, pollution and your own health, we can make the world a better place.
Our Founding Team
Lactoverde was born in 2020 and developed out of a student project from Università Bocconi. The aim was to find ways to improve human life quality and sustainability.
We all were cheese lovers, but recognised the high carbon footprint that the production caused. Especially the high volumes of climate-active gases that got set free during the creation process of milk caught our eye.
Through the combination of knowledge from our previous industries we came up with a completely new approach. With dedication and curiosity we then developed our revolutionising production process.
